What You'll Walk Away With

  • What psychosocial hazards are — and what the law now requires of you

  • Your organisation's specific obligations under the 2026 WHS framework

  • Practical tools to identify and manage psychosocial risks before they escalate

  • A leadership framework for proactive psychological safety

  • Connections with professionals navigating the same pressures

This Is For You If...

  • You lead a team and are not sure whether you are meeting your psychosocial safety obligations

  • You have heard "psychosocial hazard" but do not know what it means for your workplace

  • You want to move from reactive compliance to proactive safety leadership

  • Something in your team culture feels off — but you lack the language or framework to address it

  • You would rather understand your obligations now than respond to a WHS incident later

What to Expect

Australia's workplace health and safety laws now require organisations to proactively manage psychosocial hazards — not just physical ones. The question is: most leaders don't know where to start.

At this month's WonderLab Networking Lunch, we are bringing together two practitioners who have been working inside this space.

Uma Panchapakesan will break down what ISO 45003 actually requires of you as a leader, and what work design has to do with it. Rachel WingMan will bring the human side: why psychosocial safety is not a compliance checkbox, but a foundation for sustainable team performance.

This is not a seminar. It is a conversation at the table, with professionals who are asking the same questions you are.

Come ready to talk. Leave with clarity.

SPEAKERS

Uma Panchapakesan |

Founder, i.BeyondBliss | Corporate Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Expert

Uma Panchapakesan is the founder of i.BeyondBliss Personal and Corporate Wellness, a certified coach, corporate trainer, and mindfulness practitioner with qualifications from The Coaching Institute, Australia. She specialises in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and works with professionals and organisations to address the human behavioural patterns that sit underneath workplace stress, burnout, and disengagement.

At this lunch, Uma will bring the practitioner perspective: what psychosocial pressure actually looks and feels like from the inside, and what leaders can do to create conditions where people can perform sustainably.

Rachel WingMan |

Founder, WonderLab | Workplace Wellbeing Strategist | Triple Happiness Coach

Rachel built WonderLab on a single conviction: genuine wellbeing at work is not a perk. It is a performance strategy. With over a decade of experience supporting high-performing teams and leaders, Rachel will explore why psychosocial safety cannot be delegated to HR, and how leaders who take it seriously are the ones building teams that last.

Before you come to the table, listen in.

In this episode, Uma Panchapakesan and Rachel WingMan explore why ISO 45003 is not just a compliance framework.

It is a design challenge. How work is structured, how decisions are made, and how people are led all create psychosocial risk. This conversation is for leaders who want to understand what they are responsible for before they are told by a regulator.

Why Wonderlab?

Wonderlab exists for the moment before the break — before the burnout, before the bad decision made on an empty tank.

We do not do surface-level wellness. We create space for the conversations that matter — for professionals who know something needs to shift, before it is too late.

This is that room.
