What You'll Walk Away With

  • A name for what you have been carrying — and a clearer understanding of why it weighs so much

  • The science behind nervous system burnout in mothers, and what recovery actually looks like

  • Practical, guilt-free approaches to self-care that work within a real life, not around it

  • Connection with women who understand the weight — no explanation required

This Is For You If...

  • You are the one who remembers everything — and you are exhausted by it

  • You have been told to rest, but the mental load does not stop when you sit down

  • You give yourself last — and you are starting to feel it in your body

  • You want one afternoon that is genuinely, completely for you

What to Expect

Menopause is not a single moment. It is a decade-long transition that reshapes a woman's body, identity, career, and relationships. Most women navigate it without honest conversation, accurate information, or peer support.

This month, WonderLab brings together three women who know this journey from the inside.

Liz Booth is a buyers agent, author, and advocate who will share her personal story of navigating career, motherhood, relationships, and the often silent challenges of menopause.
Her message is clear: it is not about holding everything together perfectly. It is about speaking openly, supporting one another, and celebrating this change with confidence.

Sonya Lovell is a Menopause After Cancer Advisor and founder of Menopause After Cancer (MACS), with over 15 years of experience in women's health and coaching.

Drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise, Sonya will offer practical insights, reflections, and actionable guidance to help you understand what is happening in your body, prepare for conversations with your doctor, and move through this transition with greater clarity.

Our host Rachel Wingman is personally navigating the peri to menopause transition herself. This is a conversation she feels deeply, and the reason she wanted to create a space where women can speak honestly about it.

Whether you are approaching this chapter, living through it, or have come out the other side, this is a conversation that belongs at the table.

Join us over a shared Mother's Day lunch and leave with a clearer picture of what to expect, what to ask your doctor, and how to support the women in your life.

A room of women who get it. No performance. Just lunch and the conversation that is long overdue.

Why Wonderlab?

"Wonderlab exists for the moment before the break — before the burnout, before the bad decision made on an empty tank."

We do not do surface-level wellness. We create space for the conversations that matter — for the people who know something needs to shift, before it is too late.

This is that room.
